Vaccines are important. They're so important that we want everyone to get them, even though we recognise a very small number of people may be harmed by them. We don't want to cause further harm to those families by forcing them to fight their case in court against a multi-billion dollar company, and so we've created funds to compensate the small number of families who are harmed by vaccines.
