Soooo... Fox deliberately spreading misinformation (they’re probably liable) is an “opinion”.
Not to mention the fact that the press as a whole spent two months telling us it was nothing before it became they decided it wasn’t.
No Fox isn’t liable and if you think spreading what you deem is misinformation is a crime you are a Facist.
