Does someone know the source for this? Is there a Wikileaks page available authenticating this? I can't find one.

It claims to originate at https://file.wikileaks.org/file/. It's probably 9-11_all_messages.7z or 9-11_messages.7z.

The file structure comes from 9-11_messages.7z
