Personally, I would have regretted each of the tattoos I would have gotten during each era of my past life.

Dude that link is about a tattoo friendly place. Anyway nobody really cares everyone is keeping to themselves and even the Japanese are covered in English lettering same way we're covered in kanji go figure.
Yo! But you don't know whether you would've regretted them had you gotten them. But then again some people get them for the wrong reasons, granted.
You should only get one when you can practically see it coming out from under your skin.
