GDPR has reverted the web to Geocities. It’s popup hell.
They don't HAVE to serve cookies on the homepage.
It's like complaining that your carbon monoxide alarm is way too loud and beeps too often.
It’s not GDPR. It’s all the tracking website owners put there.
