He met with Trump at Mar-a-Lago last weekend. This might escalate very rapidly.

The Prime Minister of Canada's wife Sophie Gregoire Trudeau tested positive as well. Both her and the PM are now in isolation.

I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of world leaders get sick.

Heads of government and ministers are a near-perfect demographic for its spread. Older than average, travel a lot, often stressed/jetlagged, frequently in meetings, and always shaking hands with an endless stream of strangers.
