If you don't want to eat lots of fat, to get into ketosis you need to decrease your food intake to say 1k, with idea is that 0.05k calories will come from carbs in food, say 0.2k calories will come from protein in food, 0.75k calories will come from fat in food, and another 1k will come from body fat.
