Tesla makes hell of a great cars.
“excellent corporate governance” could be rather irrelevant.
They might make even more of them—and do so more effectively—if they didn't have to spend as much time arguing with the government, investors, or lawyers about who or what Elon Musk defamed/tweeted/accidentally said on a podcast/whatever.
