Wiktionary hints that variant is mostly southern, from occitan "coma aquò".
They don’t talk about words inherited from SMS mistakes, but I would add « aps » (for « pas », as in « je sais aps » = « I don’t kown »).
It’s most probably the same phenomenon as other verlan words: a mix of phonetic inversion and some influence from the writing form.
