Haven't made a Hackintosh in a while, OpenCore is new to me. Does anyone know if Messages, Apple Store, etc. work or do you still have to hack it with a real serial?
I have my PC with an AMD Ryzen 3900X running with macOS with working iMessage / App Store etc.
You still need to provide a serial, MLB, etc.
If you configure everything correctly, you should have no issues using Apple services.
