Start disputing credit card charges involving EA and watch how fast they start talking to the player base.
They cannot easily outsource employees to deal with that.

Game companies don't fuck around with chargebacks
There are a few that will never accept you as a customer again if you do a chargeback (Arenanet comes to mind). However, with EA, that would probably make me happy.
