Are you seriously this naive? No matter what they will think. Facebook pays their rent... So working there and standing up agains the Zucc as a small employee is pointless.
For a lot of employees, Facebook pays enough that paying your rent should not be an issue after a couple of years working there if you're in any way financially responsible.
That's what throwaway accounts are for.
