That's like saying Mississippi's republican policies have made it the poorest state in the country.
Well they def. do not have the tax base that SF has.
To be fair to them, it's not obvious to me what their politics are. Their willingness to complain about the homeless suggests that they might be less liberal than the avg. SF resident.
