Looking back on the 2010s app wave, it's hard to think of any other app (including FB, Uber, and Airbnb) who have had a bigger cultural impact than Tinder.
FWIW, Tinder has had less impact on me than any of the three things you mentioned. And I haven’t even used the flagship service for two.
Tinder had no effect on a large percent of the population. So your estimation of the cultural impact is skewed by your personal experience.
Assuming by "a large percent of the population" you mean "people who are no longer dating," this is not a good way to think about it. Analogously, there are many cultural trends that people don't engage with after they are teenagers (music, fashion, etc.) but it would be wrong to claim that these trends don't have high cultural impact.
