Is Bling related to Bing? Reading the repo and the comments I'm really confused by this.

First sentence in the introduction:

> Hi, we are a team at Microsoft called Bling (Beyond Language Understanding), we help Bing be smarter.

Yes it is, it's from the team in Bing building the index, doing document understanding.
