I suppose if we could fix Bluetooth then we wouldn’t need a special H1 chip and expensive EarPods?
If only someone else would do the hard work for free, then we wouldn’t have to buy these expensive things!

There was a big thread on how the current bluetooth standard is a clusterfuck.
Sadly, all previous versions of the BT standard were also fusterclucks.
It needs proprietary extensions (aptX, whatever apple uses, etc) to be not bad.
Pairing
I lost my air pods case again last night so almost perfect timing. Last time I lost it, the replacement case was $70 so it has only gotten $10 more expensive

It is not as fun to be honest, you have to book an appointment at the Apple store and they don't just sell you one if you walk-in. Then you would have to wait for their technician to verify Airpods were not stolen for them to finally sell you a new case
