Once I scale up Azure analysis services(main data source for company Marketing and decision making) cause we were running low memory in peak hours, only to find out that I couldn't scale down, increasing cost by 300%. I had to recreate all the models again in the old tier increasing even more the cost cause we have to maintain both data sources till I finish with the creation of the models.
