I'm afraid SequelPro may be coming to a dead end without a real active development (night lies occur but no stable release in years without latest MySQL support.)

I tried out TablePlus, but at the time they were lacking user management.

With that recent addition, it's been able to completely replace Sequel Pro and Postico for Postgres management
