I think memorizing the seeds used to generate random numbers would be almost more impressive than having psychic powers.

I missed that part. I only saw the part about the programming language's RNG - which set off a red flag for me.

It is possible, but that would not easily explain why they only varied for one type of photo. Non-chance results should have been observed for all trial types, or with an obvious pattern of the human getting better over time. Though I can't prove that didn't happen.

I don't think that would explain why the result varied depending on the type of images displayed.
