This does bring to the light potential issues, like whether a person has any or many coping mechanisms that are part of their routine - such as perhaps certain types of entertainment, certain routine of walking places, certain comfort from their regular environment(s) or physical/material goods. For someone in a severe state and need of coping mechanisms/strategies (whether they realize it or not, whether they have any support or people helping them), it could be extremely harsh for them — so therefore, it’s relative to everyone as to what impact, or how easy it would be. For myself, if I had enough food that didn’t hurt or bother me to eat, clean water, pen and paper, place to sleep properly, then 3 weeks would be good time for deep reflection and meditation. For someone else it could be torment. And it’s not hard to assume that someone who blatantly uploads a copyright video publicly to Facebook may not have the best critical thinking skills, and therefore not the best self-care or self-awareness, awareness overall.
