Can’t even make readable bug tickets since preformatted text is broken.
edit: Suggestion, compile that, the bug tracker and a Git repo service into one bundle. It'd definitely sell.
I enjoy the product a lot but when our IT people first sent us the documentation and accounts I thought I had clicked on the wrong link since the design of Site 24x7's dashboard and the Zoho site seem so different
It's not without its warts though.
I don't use it since Trello is enough for me, but it looks pretty solid.
* YouTrack - developer-centric issue tracker from JetBrains that is fast and aims at “power user” types
* Sifter - an issue tracker that focuses on simplicity and usability
* Manuscript (the rebranded FogBugz)
BTW I’ve eventually come back to Jira even after trying these excellent alternatives.
