The average salary for a web developer / programmer at a Cambodian company is somewhere in the range $400-$1000. A couple friends of mine with better English speaking ability have gone freelance and had success though.

Some of these dinosaur Cambodian tech companies will also advertise programmer job postings as 'male only'.
