What makes you say that? Last time I read parts of it I got the impression that if you're trying to get it right you're not liable.

You can take example of any of the other thousands of false postive copyright takedowns happening across YouTube. Android Play Store too.

Sure. But not that one.

You have a point there.

That means if you have a website a third party would have control over everything that is being uploaded to it.
