If I am not mistaken article didn't mention kids age? Anyone knows? I assume above 3 (judging by paragraph about home environment.) The thing is, above certain age it would be very easy to get kids into a challenge and make them to wait. Not to mention that marshmallow may not be a treat for anyone.
