Like when Yelp snuck in Monocole in before the iPhone 3.1 release? Except in that case, there was a very different outcome (they weren't removed from the store).
It's possible they disclosed it appropriately... Apple's policy allows easter eggs if they're disclosed confidentially to the appstore review team.
