I've been programming Ruby and using RSpec for quite some time, but quite honestly I wouldn't use it for a new greenfield Ruby project tomorrow. I've consistently found that it's too difficult to teach and for a team to use effectively time and time again. I'd likely stick with MiniTest. Similarly as I wade into Elixir, I'm sticking with ExUnit. It's simple, concise, and gets the job done.
