I've used it in my own applications, however I would probably not recommend using it as it relies on a feature of the language (tuple modules) that might be removed in the next major version.

In Ruby-land I use RSpec almost exclusively but in Elixir I stick to ExUnit and it's great. I feel like there's not as much of a need for something RSpec like in Elixir-land due it being functional.
with elixir having a lot of former and present rails devs in the eco-system - you can usually find "equivalent" packages("gems")..
