Is this why Blockstream doesn't want large blocks? Presumably it would cost them more to broadcast larger blocks.

Maybe a worthwhile trade-off for > decentralisation.

It's hard to imagine anything more centralized than a satellite broadcasting service owned by a single company.

What about if another started up?
