Yeah, Chrome makes it really easy to maintain and run multiple sandboxed profiles backed by completely separate Google accounts with their own settings, histories, extensions, etc.
Personally, I find the new Firefox containers feature more friendly and useful from a UX perspective than Chrome profiles. You can learn more about them at https://testpilot.firefox.com/experiments/containers
