> the only thing I really want from Safari is favicons on tabs

It's like engineers at Apple don't even use Safari. If they did, this would have been done years ago. Trying to eyeball a bunch of tabs without favicons is horrendous.

That's exactly one of the reasons I use Safari as my daily driver. Not everybody likes the shiny colorful icons. I think it looks better without it.

Wait... Safari doesn't have icons in the tabs? I thought every browser did. Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge, Opera all do.

Woah, WebRTC at last? They kept that one quiet.

Hadn't some of the developers said publicly that they were in the middle of working on it sometime in the last year?

It seems like I start being brought up as "under development" every time someone complained about it here on HN.

Yeah, they publicly advertised for a WebRTC developer last year, so it was pretty clear they were working on it.

Not really.

WebRTC and wasm are really exciting to see finally land. The only thing that would've been better news for me is HPKP.

What's HPKP
