It means the quasi-religious belief-system called "art" will have greater influence. And the high-priests of "art" (also called "curators" but sometimes referred to as "art historians") will have more power. And that power will extend beyond the walls of the temples (also known as "museums").

Do not dare offend the deity known as "art" or you will be labeled "uneducated". Disrespect is a sign of lesser intelligence and lower social caste. No criticism is acceptable. The power to criticize is reserved for the high priests.

Your job is to believe. Belief comes with social benefits, as it does in all religious societies. Praising the deity is virtue signaling. To love the deity is to be good. To criticize the deity is to be apostate.

Blessed be the art. It is brilliant.
