Has ANYONE CONSIDERED THIS? That the Earth is Tilting, the Axis of North and South are shifting because of that. The Temperature Changes are noticeable everywhere because nobody actually is considering that this can be possible. This would mean that it's just colder elsewhere and warmer somewhere else.
