It seems so - the `docker/moby` repository[0] now redirects to `linuxkit/linuxkit`, but the `moby` cli from `linuxkit/linuxkit`[1] is being moved to the `moby/moby` repository[2].

Yeah:

- Moby VM is (was?) the name of the Linux VM that Docker for Mac (and Windows too, I think) runs as the host for Docker containers. - Moby Dock is the name of the whale in Docker's logo

A Google search for "moby docker" restricted to results before April 2017 shows plenty of results
