What a coincidence, I am also working on a language that uses three letters for instructions and every single line starts with one, same concept as Uno:

    say 'hello world'
    let list = [1,2,3]
    for item in list: say item
    def add(x,y): ret x+y
    is? a=1 say 'ok' no? say 'wrong'

Easier for the compiler and for the human.
