MD5 doesn't seem to be in the table...
That is going to make it harder to change code to use multihash then migrate away from MD5 gradually.
MD5 may be broken as a crypto hash, but there are probably more MD5 hashes than any of the others in the table (eg one on every S3 object!) so not having a representation for it seems short sighted.
