Given what the author says in the article regarding processed foods (and I'd disclose that I agree with his summation) I have to wonder about the whole fad for Soylent. It seems to me a technofix beloved by food haters, but some part of me suspects that, in the fullness of time, we'll find out that it is an incredibly bad idea.
