Iran and other SCO countries will be customers since they are friendly with Russia. I wonder if they are running it on Elbrus chips. That would make it extra super secure and Russian.
Given that the photos show obviously bodged-on VGA connector and AHCI-related messages with Intel's vendor ID on screen I would assume that it is just a normal PC (ie. white-box switch).
