Strange, not sure if this is a bug or if MS published too early and retracted it?

Almost definitely the latter. It was tagged `Connect()` which is a MS conference happening later this week. It's probably going to be announced there.

Ah OK, it was probably under embargo and got posted early by mistake. I've been to Connect(); before in a time zone ahead of the US and nothing gets announced in the morning until the US wakes up and the embargo is lifted.
