Somehow we're supposed to discuss the rapid decline of ESPN/NFL fortunes without dealing with the obvious, widely known and unavoidable politics involved? That is not rational. I just watch sports, I don't see the controversy you do.

When you endlessly read politics into every last thing, you're bound to be unhappy and spiral into paranoid conspiracy theories. If anything, it makes you more like the SJW you rail against.
