If you stay some places for a long period, it is not as easy as you think to move, not even to another country.

For young people, I strongly suggest to look for other opportunities. If you look at the value and price for US visa, probably price is the highest in history, the value certainly not.(my opinion. I am Chinese.)

For the visa reported in the news, If you look at it carefully, it is joke.

$500,000? most of which can be an investment you get back later? Nah not the highest, pretty much on par with other countries that sell residency and citizenship

The value is also pretty much on par, IMO, with European programs.

the value I am comparing is not to European programs. (they are worse, I think).

of course, it is very personal. even in chinese, the opinions can be the opposite.

The green card time issue is only an issue if you were born in the oversubscribed countries of india, the philippines, china or mexico. And it doesn't apply if you marry an american. If your even from pakistan you can get a green card in several years if your company starts the process quickly.
