I wish there was a One Day hiring process. From initial phone screen to offer all in one day. Wondering if interviews taking so many weeks is just a logistics failure.
On the other hand, it means that, as a candidate, you need a full day off each time you start talking to a company. I'm happy to do a few phone calls here and there before taking half a day off to go on site.
