He undoutably doesn't have the concept fully sorted, but at least vilify the man for actual faults, not ones you want to make up.
Musk gave Series A funding to Tesla. Martin Eberhard and Marc Tarpenning founded Tesla.
At best, Musk bought Tesla really really early. But he wasn't one of the original founders.
