I use nearlyfreespeech for most of my hosting.

I moved an eight year old PHP wiki I didn't want to pay $10/mo for there, and I've been quite impressed. They're very good and very cheap!

I use it to host my personal site, and I'm currently hosting a Django project on NFS as well. Paying less than $1/mo for both.
