How do you approach ideation right now ?
While I won't say I have implemented any ideas recently, my approach is very straightforward. Look at what is working (on threads like these), understand why it is working, and assimilate those points while ideating.
One simple way: Keep a sharp lookout for any difficulty you face while doing/using something - everything. The moment you hit a problem, think if you can find a way to improve it. Bingo!!
