These threads get up to a thousand comments, pushing the limits of what's usable on HN. The last thing we need more of is pointless provocation. People come here to find out about jobs, are perfectly able to make up their own minds, and should be left alone to.

I just thought this was an open forum for the Real McCoys where we could signal not only people but employers out on what appeared to me to be BS. I am interested in jobs myself. If we can't call them into question in the lion's den of developers that is HN, which has been made clear- I find that as quite the letdown.
I'd like to see them required to put if they respect the 8 hour workday or not to truly separate the wheat from the chaff. Then it would be more than just the same as hitting up indeed.com.. just another recruiters playpen.
Regardless I do respect your guys' site, your rules and wishes. I know more now about HN than I did before and won't do it again.
No one else has earned my support yet other than Bernie. Being a party mook is nothing to be proud of. When she was campaigning for Barry Goldwater, Bernie was getting arrested protesting for civil rights. Hillary has not earned the win anyway, it's all based on superdelegates whom many declared their support before a single vote was cast. That's anointment not election. She's feeling the Bern I assure you, or will be soon because she has an enthusiasm gap outside of Wall Street. I wouldn't work for Hillary's campaign even if they did pay me. Dirty money as far as I'm concerned.
And I don't see what you mean by #BernieOrBust being intellectually dishonest, can you explain? There is so little substantive difference between Trump and Clinton, that I completely understand how Sanders supporters feel that way.
