I would love a UI for my httpd.conf :)

Trillions of checkboxes with cryptic names and gigantic tooltips to dispay the detailled documentation (plus the zillions of relevant StackOverflows for the real-life bugs).

Nope, that's just sarcasm. Sometimes the best UI is a conf file, a web browser and Google.
