I've heard bribes are not unwelcome in some parts of the world.... But even so, I'm sure they'll be amenable to all the south Americans who want to join in on the fun the anti imperialists will be having.
It might actually be a bad idea to build that wall since Americans will be desperate to get to Mexico for that UBI and 15 hour work week.

That must have been a Brezhnev era joke because I can't imagine people getting away with it under Stalin
