Watch the recent coreos post/video, the CTO is probably a smart and nice guy but he looks about 16.

HN is not a place for discussing personal details about somebody, like how they look. Moreover, that weird "but" makes this comment read like an attack. Please don't post anything like this again.

We detached this subthread from https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=11290180 and marked it off-topic.

Sorry, wasn't meant to be an attack, just noticed that almost every startup about page and video makes it clear that grey hair is not welcome, even at exec team level. Can't delete now.

Ok, but singling out a single company, let alone a specific person, isn't the direction to go. Think of HN threads like a Markov chain: each thing you add biases what others add next. A comment like the one you posted leads to an ugly place.

Fascinating! It's like Blindsight in reverse.

I would have said he looks more like a young-looking mid-20s, no idea how old he actually is, couldn't find anything in my 5 seconds Google search. Out of interest how old is he then?

According to this article[0] Robert Cornish is 45.

No we were talking about Brandon Philips :)

That makes more sense. He does look like a teenager. According to Crunchbase he's actually 32!

He does look a lot younger. Lucky him!

That is not a very nice thing to say. Some people look much younger than they are (as Brandon does).

I guess I should be grateful that I look older than I am because of my rapidly receding hairline.
