Musk bans Model X customer who complained about him being late in Model X launch

Is this a parody article? How can "you should be ashamed of yourself" be construed as anything but a personal attack?

Looks like the author put himself in the spotlight by whining, and a quick look at his articles shows that he's constantly complaining about every product he has. He's be a nightmare to have as a customer.

The creepy "public personal" style of complaint writing is something I wish got banned from social media.

While I don't condone the 'personal attack', revoking his order because of it seems pretty childish.

Sounds a lot like a certain Seinfeld episode.
