+440% would mean: $0.005 + ($0.005 * 4.4) = $0.027 since you're adding (+) 440%.

+ means add and + means higher. Both are incorrect. S3's pricing is 340% higher than B2's. S3's pricing is 440% of B2's. So either "+340%" or "440%" work.
